*** BURGLARY, WEAPON POSSESSION ARREST *** On 6/18/13 at 11:39 p.m., Glassboro Police received a call from a female who reported that someone had broken into her home and was going room to room. As police were responding, the caller recognized the voice of the intruder as someone she was familiar with. The subject began to make verbal threats which included shooting up the house and those in it. The subject stated several times that he was going to get a gun. Upon officers arrival, they confronted the subject, Justin Love, in the kitchen and took him into custody. An investigation revealed that the subject had made entry into the residence through a window and was looking for his spouse. A vehicle at the scene, registered to Tellisha Love, was towed from the scene for investigative purposes. Justin Love was originally lodged in the Gloucester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. On 6/19/13, a search warrant was sought and obtained fro the Gloucester County Superior Court granting a search of the 2005 Saab which had been taken from the scene the night before. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a loaded Glock 23 with hollow point bullets located in the trunk of the vehicle. The firearm is registered to Tellisha Love. As a result of the recovery of the firearm, Justin Love was charged with weapon related offenses. An additional bail of $10,000 was set. In addition, as part of the investigation, Tellisha Love was charge with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon for failing to properly secure the weapon and Improper Transportation of a weapon while going to/from a firing range. Bail for her was set at $10,000.
