BUYER BEWARE!! So I was scammed by a company who goes by several different names and has multiple websites. The website that I ordered from is called idreamprom and they are here on FB as DreamProm. I ordered and paid for a dress and received a completely different dress 3 weeks later. Wrong color, wrong fabric, and covered in sequins-which, on their site when specifically asked, said the dress was not sequined, but they could be added. There was no invoice with the package so even before I opened it I was concerned. When I saw the dress inside I thought perhaps they sent the wrong dress by mistake and immediately contacted them, following their guidelines for return. To date I have had over 30 email correspondences with them and they have yet to tell me how I can return the unwanted item (they refuse to tell me where to send it). I am being told that the dress they sent me is beautiful and I should reconsider, that if I send it back they wont be able to use it and all their hard work would be for nothing. Nevermind that it is THE WRONG DRESS! I sent pictures of the dress I ordered and of the dress I received. They have consistently skirted around that fact, telling me repeatedly how hard they worked. In the last email, they told me I obviously do not know my fabric. I tried to get their business address to no avail, so I can neither return the item nor file a BBB complaint. And because I cannot return the item, I cannot dispute the charges with my bank. Its OK, Im sure someone will find it beautiful and happily wear it on their special day. It just wont be me. I am thankful that my account is safe and protected, that I didnt lose too much money (even less once its sold), and that I have another 10 months to find the right dress. Made in America. Peace.
