Baby: Making a movie on sensitive subject like terrorism with conviction and keeping it close to ground reality, only Neeraj Pandey could have done this. This is one the finest thriller ever made in bollywood. The name Baby is of a special unit formed to eliminate terrorist activities in India. First half lacks pace but is still engaging. Film’s dry humour makes you laugh even in intense scenes. Now comes second half, the screenplay is so tight that you can’t think of a single dull moment. There is no song and movie runs at break-neck pace. An edge of the seat thriller which has many heart to mouth sequences throughout its length. Akshay Kumar has given one heck of a performance and washed away his all recent sins. Taapsee Pannu has small role of 10 minutes but she takes away all the claps and whistles in her one fight scene only. Others didnt have much to do. The real locations of Nepal and Abu Dhabi are delight to watch. Those who have watched Ben Affleck’s Oscar winning ARGO, would compare the both and find Baby inferior but then this is our Argo which delivers the expected. Final Words, No if or but, There can not be any better use of tomorrow’s holiday than watching this film after you are done with Obama. DON’T MISS.
