Back from our amazing transatlantic cruise and post cruise stay in Rome. Cruise on Celebrity Reflection left Miami on 04/26/14. Concluded in Rome on 05/16/14. Ports were Tenerife, Canary Island, Cartegena, Spain, Malaga, Spain and overnight in Barcelona, Spain. Then we went to VilleFranche, which is next To Nice, France. We were able to tour Nice. Then took bus to Monte Carlo, Monaco. Historic Grand Prix going on. Went to casino and Cafe du Monde. Saw old cars racing on Grand Prix route. Came close to missing ship on that port. Livorno, Italy next. Toured Pisa and Florence, Italy. Got lost, crazy busy city. Last stop Rome. Stayed 4 days. Finally got our bearings on 3 day after walking in circles for what seemed like miles. A lot of uphill walking.. (Thought I was gonna die, lol) had a side tour to Positano, on the Almalfi coast, and Pompeii. Gotta say The Vatican was my over all favorite site. Cruise was 16 nights, post cruise stay 4 nights in Rome. I am so tired. I am planted on the end of my couch wondering when they will be in to clean my room, looking around I cant find the menu. Rats I think Ive landed in reality. Caio.: ).
