Back in the day, not too long ago, if you had an issue with a businesss service or food, you brought it to the managers attention which would give him/her the chance to right a wrong. Nowadays, thanks to good ole FB, people dont hesitate to tarnish the names of businesses and fail to inform management of their concern, thus slandering the names of hard working people who, innocently enough, may be totally oblivious to any problem. Be courteous and take the time to make a call. If you dont feel management is worthy of this, then zip it! MY rant for the day!
