Back to cooking again after a few days break. This morning had an easy peasy breakfast. On a wholemeal bread, I add low fat cheese, chop tomatoes that have been mixed with ground onion & parsley/coriander with a squeeze of lime juice. A hint of white pepper & I airfried it. Lunch. I airfried black pepper honey chicken to complement with mushroom prawn savory rice. For fiber, I chopped lettuce & squeezed lime juice again.
