Back when I was a faithful employee of the Fitzgerald Video Warehouse, one of the anomalies I could never wrap my brain around was the people who would come in and bypass the Hit movies and go straight to the B Movie section. Theyd come up to the counter with a stack of movies that NO ONE had ever heard of or it would be filled with a cast of people that were hired right on the spot or from a factory close by. Theyd rent stuff like Darling, I accidentally used a machine and made the kids super tiny starring some guy named Jake Norwinski or Midnight Train to Mutated Shark Infested Underground Laboratory Featuring Ice-T and Samuel D. Jaxon. Even to this day, I still get phone calls from people asking me if I can get a copy of some off the wall crap that only 9 people have watched. Yo, you got that new Wesley Snipes flick where he tries to find the Jamaican guys that kidnapped his daughter and her friend while they were on vacation? and Im like... Whats the name of it? and theyre like Takeded....... Listen folks... I dont make this stuff up..... So anyway.. Yall have a good day.
