Backpass, July 3 Part 2 (Powered By MTN) Retiring Super Eagles skipper, Joseph Yobo has charged the duo of Kenneth Omeruo and Godfrey Oboabona to grow and step up to the plate by marshalling well the defence of the national team in his absence. According to him, he expects both players to come good but one of them will eventually take the huge responsibility of captaining the team in the future. In a related development, Super Eagles keeper and vice captain, Vincent Enyeama has explained that quitting the national team right now will be good for the other keepers in the team. According to him, the move will surely help the players grow. However, Enyeama was quick to note that he is yet to decide on the move. Elsewhere, former Nigeria international Nduka Ugbade says it is time Nigerian coaches and players evolve with the game. Ugbade stated that until such is done, Nigeria will only continue participating at competitions without making appreciable impacts. Deliberation: As we continue to carry out a post mortem on Nigerias world cup outing, even as we countdown to the 2015 AFCON qualifiers, what what is the way forward in getting the team prepared for the challenges ahead?
