Bad start.... Received today, unwrapped. Downloaded the app and it said press the button and wait for green lights. Nothing. Have tried a single press and press and hold. According to the app if the light doesnt come on you should charge for 10 minutes. Tried that, red light pulsed. Tried to switch it on again and still nothing. So have now left for a full charge and still wont switch on. Am I doing something wrong or do I have a duff one? Also I ordered a medium and its quite loose on my wrist. Does that matter or should I have got a small (photo attached) thanks all.
