Baker Company Families, I am Captain Scott Murphy, the new Company Commander for B/1-19 IN. I am write to you all to introduce myself and give a background into my career. I enlisted in the military back in 2000. I have mutilple deployments in the War on Terrorism. I was enlisted for seven years, a cadet for two years, and now an active officer for four years. If you couldnt tell from my time in service we never had social media when I went through in 2000. What I am finding out is that it is a great tool to promote our Army and show the pride that we as a Baker family have in our future Soldiers and our future military as a whole. I would also like you to know that you can write me anytime, but if I do not reply in a timely manner, please be patient with me, because I will respond eventually. This is my first Command and I am looking foward to helping in the training and shaping the future leaders of our military. Baker Six out, Rock Steady!
