Balance, Daniel-san, balance... -Mr. Miyagi -I love doing this move at the beginning of my workout every morning because it takes total 100% concentration. ~You space out for half a second thinking about anything else ? BOOM, you go down and can get hurt ! -Ive sprained ankles a number of times over the last 10 years doing it, but this is what I get true happiness and satisfaction from : Pushing myself at everything I do to in my life to escape from my own cliche. it makes me happy when I compete with myself, and i hope to perfect this move one day in this lifetime. Its still a bit wobbly and stiff. ~Thanks to Supa Trainer and best bud BILL MAEDA at FIT PRO HAWAII for teaching me this.
