Balancing on a Bosu Ball is a bit harder than it looks but its a great way to engage your core muscles. Team BodyKitFitness athlete @maria_kit309 demonstrates 3 different variations you can try. Flat side up Squats: For a little added variety you can hold the squat position or pulse the squat Single leg Knee lifts: This move is done by stabilizing your foot in the middle of the flat surface and push down as you lift the opposite leg pulling your knee toward your chest. You alternate between both legs. Do a total of 15 high-knee lifts on each side x4 sets. Single Leg Kickback: Like the knee ups you balance on one leg while kicking back with the other leg. The movement should be slow and controlled. Try to do 15 reps with each leg and 4sets. I If you have trouble maintaining balance, place your arms where they are most comfortable or hold on to the wall, chair etc for beginners. #workout #exercise #excercisevideo #train #gains #muscle #transformation #lift #bodybuilding #igfit #health #bodykitfitness #teambodykitfitness
