Banana Smoothie Ingredients: 1 container sugar-free, fat-free banana-flavored yogurt (such as Dannon Light & Fit) or Fage Plain Greek Yogurt and add in mashed banana 1 cup 1packet stevia (such as Stevia In The Raw) or Truvia 1⁄4 cup unsweetened plain coconut water 1 cup cold water 1cups ice 1 scoop vanilla Isolate protein powder Directions: 1. Put the yogurt, stevia, coconut water, cold water, and banana in a blender and blend until smooth. Add half the ice and blend until smooth. Add the protein powder, and remaining ice and blend until smooth. Pour into cold glass and serve. Per serving: 103 calories, 0g fat 22g carbohydrate, 30g protein
