Bar on Sumbal killing: Calls strike on 1st July 2013 Srinagar, June 30: In an extra ordinary meeting of the JK High Court Bar Association held today on 30th of June 2013, in which a decision was taken to observe one day strike tomorrow on 1st of July 2013. The call of strike has been given by the Bar Association to condemn and to show a mark of protest for the killing of the innocent people by the Army which in fact is an act of revenge the government has failed to control the army and the army from very beginning at leisure has killed the innocent people and till date no action has been taken. Where FIR has been proved against the army officials for committing murder the Union of India has refused to grant the sanction encouraging the army to kill more. The lawyers are requested not to attend any court tomorrow i.e.1st July 2013, the Bar Association is also requesting the other District and Mufassil Bar Associations of the State of J&K to cooperate and implement the decision of the Bar Association and go for one day strike
