Battery,Depraved Indifference, torture all on multiple counts for each attempt! Teaching is never physically forced, student could have had a Panic Attack, Heart Attack and/or maybe Scared For Life, such as trust issues with men. The psychological damage is far reaching and will drain the school corp. for major dollars! Matter-of-fact, the others were terrorized, frozen in panic as to what they should do. Just What if another student had whacked him hard enough to knock him out, then they could be expelled or in jail now? Rule Number one: Dont put your hands on anyone without their permission--K thru 16!
