Bayou Bourbon Bacon Doggie Dogs! Submitted by Kat Yrigollen (CA) Ingredients 1 cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze 1 cup brown sugar 1 lb. smoked cocktail wieners, drained 1 lb. bacon Directions Place Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze in a bowl. In another bowl, place the brown sugar. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Take a cocktail wiener and wrap with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Place all wrapped cocktail wieners on a large greased baking sheet. Baste each one with Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze and sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar on each. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until bacon is slightly crisp. Makes about 36 appetizers.
