Be a part of our Women’s Defense Class! What is it? - Designed for women to teach you skills for defensive tactics and full body fitness. - Protect you and your loved ones. - Taught in a positive and safe environment. What will I learn? - Basic to Advanced defensive skills; wrist grab escapes, empty hand defensive tactics, ground defense, choke escapes, knife and gun disarms, and multiple attacker evasion and escapes. - Fitness and conditioning exercises to ensure balanced and quick movements that give you a fighters advantage. When & Where? - 10 – 11 am classes on Wednesdays (October 1st – December 17th) OR - 3 - 4 pm classes on Sundays (October 5th – December 21st) What’s the Cost? 12 weeks of training for $240: payable in full or 2 separate payments of 120$. ONLY $20/class- what a steal!! About the Instructor: Brian Cole, a personal trainer here at Life Time, is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Brian is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in American Tae Kwon Do and a Reality Based Self Defense Instructor. Other certifications: CPR and BLS certified.
