Be aware of your posture and how you carry yourself in seated, standing, walking, running or training. Awareness is AT LEAST half the battle. For every 30minute seated stand up and stretch out for 5-10 minutes. If you can stand at your workstation. Foam rollers, muscle rollers and other myofascial release tools are your friends. Make them part of every workout. Yea they hurt at 1st but are doing wonders for my mobility and tight muscles :) Especially the lacrosse ball on my glutes....having no lower back stiffness at all, is awesome. CraggyB Fitness
