Bean and sausage stew. A winter staple in my house, great for using up fridge dwellers. This one has 12 slices of pepperoni cut into triangles, an inch of chopped salami, chopped onion, chopped peppers, 4 sliced chestnut mushrooms, a tin of mixed beans in tomato sauce, carton of chopped tomatoes with herbs, a tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, half a glass of red wine and Italian herbs seasoning. Great with crusty bread.
