Because a friend became upset that I wasnt keeping folks updated about my personal welfare, here you go. My Doctor says I have severe cervical disc disease located in the vertebrae of my neck which is causing extreme pain in my shoulders and arms, particularly the left side this time. I had physical therapy last fall after losing 45% use of my right arm and was doing fairly well until a couple months ago when extreme physical activity and a cold exacerbated the symptoms to the point where I was immobilized for three weeks healing to a point that I could start functioning again physically. Im able to manage day to day activities for the most part although I managed to fall down the basement steps this morning due to equilibrium issues that are a component of this problem. Having much practice at falling in a past life I managed to land backside down with nothing broken and very little blood. I think my pride was bruised and my confidence a bit shaken though. I start treatment in May and Im hopeful that this problem will be reversed and I can return to as normal a life as I had previously. Thanks for your positive vibes....much love to you all.
