Because body cams give 100% of the incident start to finish from the officers vantage point, which is the only point that matters when it comes to determining justification in his/her reaction to a situation. Statistically body cameras have been more than effective. The use of physical provocation by police has dropped 60% or better in cities that have implemented them. The only officers who actually oppose them are the ones who have been accused of using excessive force. Lets not argue with facts.
