Becoming a 360 degree leader means to be able to influence not only those under your umbrella of responsibility but to also influence those who are responsible to be your covering. Become the person who can influence everyone around you. That is my desire with Gods help. I will never forget the testimony of Stephen Baldwin (brother of Alec Baldwin) and his housekeeper. She would work around the house humming and singing in Spanish. The only word he recognized was Jesus. He asked her what she was singing and was it necessary? She laughed and told him, and you think I am JUST here to clean your house?? He became born again by her influence and always speaks of her in his testimony. You dont need an affluent title and there are no age requirements to be a person of influence.
