Becoming a Successful Business women : It takes a lot of dedication and persistence to be successful in the business world. This can be especially true for us young woman,we might have to overcome certain biases or barriers that do not exist for others. A young woman has to know what she wants and has to be willing to go after it, regardless of any resistance she might face. It is definitely possible for people of each and every race and gender to become successful. However us young women we have to identify our inner ability ad skills to reach the top Play Hard Work Harder l personally believe that every women out there is intelligent and has their minds set o something they would like to start for themselves . One of the issues that young women face in the business world is a general belief that most of them do not want to reach the top of their profession. This isnt necessarily true however, because there are many young women that plan to work until retirement and want to acquire and achieve the same things that their male counterparts do. Justifying how you operate your business as a women when you want to start a family can be really hard but that is when you have to make a decision of scarifying what is best for and what route will be best for you. You can become whoever you want to become if your mind set is right. Ladies let us put our heads together and make a difference in our community , encouraging one another to be the best . My phase in business when l got for my meetings is When l am asked who is your competition therapeutically l say that the only competition l see is MYSELF because l believe that only l can stop myself I GOT MY EYE ON THE PRIZE “Define success on your own terms, achieve it by your own rules, and build a life you’re proud to live.
