Beef Improvement Opportunities (BIO) is opening an office in Western Canada and we are looking for a dynamic and committed person to bring our services to beef producers. Our bioTrack system lets progressive ranchers easily capture and make use of pedigree, performance, health, breeding, economics and tracking information to better manage their herds. Our across breed genetic evaluations allow for selection of superior animals and a better bottom line for the business. BIO’s suite of services also covers sheep and goat production, poultry traceability and on-farm food safety program information and most recently, an exciting and affordable way for processing plants and farm market operators to manage their inventory. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in agriculture, have hands on ranch experience and three to five years of demonstrated success in selling and overall territory management experience. Skills/Qualifications: Customer service, motivation for sales, meeting sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships and computer skills.
