Dan and Nikk the other day x Bench Press Incline Fly Press Ups 3 rounds to fail on this TRI SET 50k used on bench press 12.5 on fly BW press ups Then Chins 3 sets to fail --reps between -6 and 12 Machine Rows 50k 3 sets to fail reps between 12-15 Stiff Arm Pulls 3 sets to fail --15-20 Abs My special crunch combo with leg tucks 6 x 20 reps each Debs -last night Leg Extensions 3 x 21 Leg Curl 3 x 15 Squats 75k 3 x 15 very deep Lunges 12k each hand 3 x length of yard Bench Press Combo with Chins 3 rounds non stop Incline Dumbbell Combo with Bent Over Rows 3 rounds non stop Dan and Kat this morning Standing Press 6 sets --up then back down again Dan got 55k for 6 Kat got 37.5 --PB for her -6 Power Lat Raise 3 sets up to 15k dumbbells --12 -15 reps Seated Lat 6k 3 x 15 Band Rear Delt Work 3 x 12 Dumbbell Extensions 6 k 3 x 12-15 Bench Dips 15k 3 x 30 Well done girls --keep pushing on x
