Been waiting to post this status till after we enjoyed our vacation. The Dr visit to Piedmont was less that hopeful for surgery. While the long, hard chemo regimen opened up some previously closed blood vessels, the tumor didnt shrink as we had hoped. Surgery is not an option because it would be extremely risky. Ill see Dr. Khan to set up radiation and begin looking for another place to go for a second opinion. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. Im not giving up. I have waaay to much to fight for.
