Before Blacks became anti-second amendment To hear the mainstream media, revisionist historians and people like Rep. John Lewis, a veteran of the civil rights movement, tell it, during that era, Black people and their white allies were simply marching along non-violently and rejected armed struggle outright. Nothing could be farther from the truth. This is the part of the behind the scenes civil rights movement they do not want young people to know about. I have had these debates with these non-violence is the only option folks and they refuse to acknowledge the truth of the matter. Men with guns do not respect the rights of those without guns. Its like bringing a picket sign to a gunfight. Thankfully we can combat this disinformation
