Before I go off about this new Soundcloud release, I wanna take a moment to say CONGRATULATIONS to a friend of mine, Eve Key. She received wonderful news that she will be going to Toronto this weekend as one of the top finalists for the 9th annual Battle of the Beatmakers. Yes, shes a cute lil Japanese girl, and yes, shes a Producer! We all know the struggle in the respective paths weve chosen, and Eve and I have connected as what some would define as starving artists. In all sincerity, she and I have put each other in check anytime weve questioned or doubted what weve chosen to do in this city we truly love. To anyone reading this, Eves representing Vancouver yall! And being fortunate to have had the opportunity and ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Evekey and being around her genuine energy, I just wanna say she deserves the world for all the hard work and dedication she puts into her craft. A true inspiration of mine to continue on with my passion and love for music. Love you partner!!!
