Before they enforce this they make cyclist get a license to cycle for example they would have to learn how to ride a bike with traffic, they wld learn how not to piss of car drivers by weaving in n out of lanes like they spider man. All i can say is if i get a 60.00 fine im taking it out on someone just hope u aint cycling next to me. I cant stand cyclist they clearly dnt know how to ride some think they can go faster than a car n some are doing it to be cheap which i dnt mind but learn how to first gain confidence buy the best bike then come ride on the streest of london. Moral of the story is i hate cyclist who ride on road but i do love bmx riders lol.
