Belated happy birthday to myself!!:) march 18, Why do we celebrate our birthday? ? ? Birthday is to commemorate the day we were born. It has been big thing among people for years,&some people go all out while other dont pay no mind to celebrate birthday. A birthday cake is often decorated w/persons names or designed to fit the person personality.While others would perhaps better forget just how old they are.It is also bonds the family and friends. The bible says that jesus ever celebrated his birthday,nor did God command us to celebrate the day he was born.But we celebrated christmas yearly..
