Belief in Evaluation system in educational institutions is no less than an unquestioned orthodoxy. It doesnt even clearly separate out best from not so best. But, does one job consistently, of spotting out the low rated tail of the list and mark it as BAD. But nowhere do institutes do their job of reducing the variance in high and low. Professors just pull out so much of enjoyment in plotting students across vast range of marks, by blindly believing the workings of evaluation System... Andhshraddha, is not only limited to a narrow domain called GOD...it permeates everywhere..
