Steve Rhoten Steve Rhoten has been building homes for over 20 years. As the general manager of Varsity Construction Steve built approximately 40 homes a year. Mr. Rhoten has built homes as a co-owner of Signature Homes with homes located in Hanson Park, Cottonwood Springs and areas of West Richland. Steve has a reputation of running a strong and organized construction crew and prides himself on his attention to detail. Steve attended school at Washington State University has a deep passion for building. He loves seeing the transformation of a plot of land into a fully functioning home. Mike Hillman Mike Hillman graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Finance and has his MBA from the University of Wisconsin. After school he spent time working as a loan officer and private banker. Later Mike found his true calling in life as a business owner. Mr. Hillman bought Columbia Basin Satellite in 2005 and was able to increase annual revenues by 790% to nearly $2 million. Mike loves spending time with his family and staying active. He enjoys to work and considers work more of a hobby since he enjoys it so much.
