God said He would send a strong delusion. What Id like to know is, if that isnt the Holy Spirit at that meeting (and I dont know how it could be) then whose voice do we hear speaking in tongues there? We know we are called to test all spirits. Some speak in tongues but do not speak of or for the Holy Spirit.
