Bengalura International Airport Job JOB CODE -OP/SR002 JOB TITLE -Security Executive-Inline Screening Job Description Security Executive – Inline Screening Reporting to – Manager Security Mission The new Bangalore International Airport was opened for Commercial Operations w.e.f 24th May 2008 as India’s leading airport in terms of quality and efficiency. BIAL will build and operate this “Greenfield Airport”, as a public-private partnership project, according to international standards and set a benchmark for the development of future Indian Airports. The security department will play an important role in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art security environment, together with the authorities. The objective is to establish optimal standards for safe and sound operation, which comply with Indian and International law regulations and rules while they minimize impact on airport user comfort. This job holder is compassionate and committed about the task, in order to achieve ambitious results, and wiling to go the extra-mile to overcome challenges in the course of this exceptional venture. Responsibilities He/She will be responsible for perform inline screening He/She will be responsible for maintaining and updating all in line screening documents, registers and records. He/She will be responsible for assisting Asstt. Manger /Security officers for day to day functioning of in line screening. He/She will be responsible for surveillance in the in line screening area as well as the passenger terminal building. Active contribution and co-operation with all agencies in the field of security and in line screening. He/She will assist to carry out routine inspection of perimeter wall, fencing and outlets from airside. He /She will extend support for other security related issues. He/She will be willing to perform duty in shifts.
