Best meatloaf Ive ever made! (And I make it a lot, but always in the oven) I cant believe how good it was. Here is what I did: Mixed up my grandmothers recipe (which I will share if yall want but everyone makes it differently ) I formed into 2 loafs, covered loosely in foil, put 2 1/2-3 cups water in the pc and my foil balls. Placed my two loaves side by side on top of foil balls. Set pc to high, and set for 15 minutes. Then I took out, unwrapped and put my glaze on and put under broiler for a few minutes.
