Betrayal. Big word. Dont ever let anyone make you feel like you are the reason for their actions that hurt you. I hear too often well if you wouldnt have been looking for things in the first place you wouldnt have been hurt. Or had you been a better, nicer person I wouldnt have hurt you this way. Bullshit, on all levels. There shouldnt be a reason to look for things in the first place! We all have to own our own actions in situations, but feeling guilty for someone betraying your trust, whether that be a friend, family member or lover, is not ok. Lots of times people say you just have to forget about it and let it go. Not that simple. You do need to walk forward but that cut will form a scar. That scar may get smaller but it will always be a reminder. Honor yourselves my friends. Walk through that hurt, but be kind enough to yourself to know it will always be there. Love ya!
