Bettina Rothe of the 5R Vancouver tribe, in addition to leading a class at the main OneTribe Gathering, is also leading a 1/2 day workshop entitled: "Return to Center," 10/29, at the Makawao Union Church. Description: Life is a constant balancing act. What would it be like to meet challenges with more clarity, compassion and confidence? In this workshop we will explore how we bring ourselves into a state of center – physically, emotionally and mentally – and what throws us off center. We will move within the maps of the 5Rhythms® and integrate basic centering and mindfulness practices into our dance. Pre-reg for this course is $50.
