Between the 1st of May and 11th of May something historical is happening in Uppsala. Uppsala will host the first ever student world cup in American football. Over 300 students from Mexico, Japan, China, Finland and Sweden will compete for the title! Västgöta Nation has the great privilege of hosting one of the teams and welcoming them to the city. In return we get to go to their matches for free and the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the rest of the tournament for only 100kr (regular price 330kr)! If you would like to get involved as a part of Västgöta please contact Ludvig Strandberg (ludvig_strandberg@msn) for further information. No previous experience of American football is required! Furthermore the tournament is currently looking for volunteers to help out with interpreting, press room work, chain-crews and ballboys as well as a lot of other stuff. Sounds exciting right!
