Today, on this stage, I feel extremely excited! Firstly, I would like to welcome all the VIP guests and Tiens people around the world! Welcome to Russia! Russia is a beautiful country. The deep friendship and long-term stable trade relations between China and Russia has established a solid foundation for Tiens’ international operation in Russia. In the year 2000, under the leadership of Chairman Li, the first International Convention held in Russia, fully demonstrated the determination and grand blueprint of Tiens future development. The grand movement has also absorb some of the industry leaders to join Tiens business, including Madam Geluzina and Madam Wesinina from Russia, Mr. Ludi from Indonesia and Madam Pamela from South Africa. They have worked together and opened up a glorious global market with Tiens. Today, we are here again, celebrating Tiens’ 19th Anniversary in this wonderful country. The significance is huge. Today, every Tiens people here, you’ll witness the splendor of Tiens development! In the following few hours, we’ll celebrate 431 Tiens elites’ accomplishments and various awards! They dressed up well, full of excitement and gratitude, to collect their fruitful accomplishments! Refuel and more encouraged for the future development! But I believe, today is theirs and tomorrow is yours! The success they have today, everyone here today can also obtained through efforts! In the past one year, on behalf of Chairman Li, Tiens Group has implemented the corporate mission “Operational Thinking, Detailed Management and Professional Service”. Every Tiens market around the world followed Tiens Group’s strategic planning and guidance, implemented business policies, introduced high-quality products and improved customer service as well as enhanced E-Commerce platform, strengthened channel management operations, courageously boosted local and global markets development. Tiens Group’s global sales this year has increased by 69% compared to last year. This figure in today’s competitive market, is a magical number! In the last year, there are some branch I have to mention. I would like to introduce you the grand Tiens China Branch. Tiens China in the last year, moving forward and achieved 113% growth. This performance is not accidental, the key is Tiens China’s correct understanding and accurate execution. Tiens China’s management team and distributors’ teamwork have achieved proud achievements with 100% belief and implementation! Especially thank Mr. Yang Jianzong from China Shanxi Province. He has honored with “Beyond King” reputation. He and his team has achieved 10 consecutive top sales in China! This is the outcome of firm confidence and perfect execution, worth learning Tiens families! The second excellent team is Central Asia Team, especially the Kazakh team. Under the excellent leadership Mr. Lazabeke, Kazakh, Tajik and Kyrgyz have all made nearly two-fold of sales growth between 2013 and 2014. His words spread in the market, that “no matter when you join, if you want to go beyond, you can. Beyond all the honor, beyond all the awards, everything depends on your choice and effort.” I observed his passion and perseverance in every convention he attended, his 100% faith in Chiarman Li and Tiens business, I believed he should be our team leader! His success story has fully demonstrated, it’s never too late! He has already gone beyond many of excellent market leaders and became the only Honorary Director in the Central Asian region! There are also many excellent leaders in Russia, for example, Mr. Jija Jeff, he has led his team to a 53% growth rate in the development of the Russian market. His team is the fastest, validated that he has fully grasped the essence of Tiens career and mastered the skills of sharing. Most importantly he has a dream that he is working hard to realize this dream, therefore his accomplishments today. Meanwhile, our Indonesia Branch in Asian Pacific region has 35% increase in sales. Sales in Pakistan has also improved by 50%. Moreover, we have the emergence of new market talents, such as Burma, India, Ethiopia and Sudan, all succeeded with over 50% sales increase! This is the creativity and the power of Tiens we should have! This is the charm of our Tiens Brand. Led by our dream, we’ll overcome all difficulties to achieve our goals. I am proud of you, Tiens families! Let’s put our hands together for ourselves! Evidently these achievements are the results of the joint effort of our Tiens management team and distributor members. Under the strategic guidance of Chairman Li, we are committed to launch more products which are high-quality, experience enhanced, that are more in-line with the Direct Selling Industry. While maintaining our Calcium series as the Star Products which highly contributed to our global sales performance, Tiens Group has successfully listed 77 products in 43 countries! Tiens Health Mattress and Tiens Positive Energy Music Cushion, has already created 1.4 Billion US Dollars sales achievements within 6 months since launch, created new historical record for Tiens new products. Tiens Krill Oil, the purest extract from Antarctic oceans has already made first year sales exceeded USD$30 million. Currently, the product is only sold in Europe, and soon will be launched around the world. We expected this product will be the dazzling star within the Tiens products series. Meanwhile, Tai Ji Sun’s Genetic Testing program launched by Tiens China, has collected tested 100,000 samples in a year and reaching sales over 300 million US Dollars. Using genetic testing to predict disease risk, create a stable and high-end pipeline to healthy and enjoyable lifestyle that is reliable and beneficial to our consumers. In the near future, genetic testing will be introduced worldwide, from market to market, country to country and region to region. Trust us, we’ll deliver a steady stream of quality products to you! As the core of Direct Selling Industry, growing focus on the educational and promotional factors that are continuously become our attention to help the distributor network to grow. This year, the company has promoted intensively simple and easy to duplicate educational and promotional material to the market. Many distributor leaders, from unawareness to understanding, from rejection to acceptance. They have learnt from theory and practice, achieved growths in various degrees. Education system is the vital part of Tiens business development. Therefore, I emphasize over and over again that, Tiens business model is the basis of Foundation training and Hierarchical training; it is the fastest way, using the most interactive method and vivid examples that allow people to feel the charm of Tiens, improve their confidence in Tiens business and develop comprehensive Tiens development strategies. Slow growth of sales is the indication of poor education quality. This is the question that our leaders should reflect upon.
