Bhutan condemns Israeli Army for endorsing cannibalism (The Thimphu Chronicle) Jerusalem: The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Bhutan and the Human Rights Commission of Bhutan strongly condemned the Military Rabbinate of the Israeli Defense Forces for permitting Israeli soldiers to consume the human flesh of Palestinian civilians. The religious decrees endorsing cannibalism, which were issued by the extremist Jewish leaders Rabbi Shlomo Aviner, Rabbi Avraham Halamish and Rabbi Yitzhak Goren, are printed in a newly published booklet distributed by the Military Rabbinate among Israeli soldiers.
