Bicol power to be restored July 19 - NGCP LEGAZPI CITY, July 17 (PNA) -- Nelson Bautista, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines South Luzon Corporate Communications and Public Affairs officer, on Thursday advised that the earliest target date for restoration of the grids backbone lines is July 19, and the latest is July 22. The target date will depend on the outcome of the ongoing assessment of power lines.
