Bicycling Friends, I work at the DeKalb County Board of Health. I am seeking to build a stronger network of bicycle contacts to encourage more young people in DeKalb to bike. I have traditionally worked with schools; but am willing to expand to work with scouts, faith groups, family-friendly bike clubs, and cities to host ongoing bike education and promotion for kids and families. Ideas and referrals to other groups and people are welcome. My constraint is that I must host in DeKalb and market primarily to an audience of people who live, work, or go to school/worship in DeKalb. (For example, working with a scout group at a church in DeKalb is fine, even if some of the kids live in Fulton County.) Thank you in advance for your interest and advice.
