Big-Boi is again on the kill list. I cannot figure out his NH rating, please read: 08/30/2013 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION - NH ONLY Exam Type BEHAVIOR Helper 975801 Partial SAFER due to rope reactivity The handling portion could not be conducted due to Big-Bois repeated attempts to tug on the leash. He grabs hold and remains focused on tugging and will not calm easily. Big-Boi did settle once tethered and he was soft friendly and very tolerant of touch. He displayed very puppy-like behavior once calmed. Big-Boi ate faster, was stiff and very difficult to push out of the food bowl, but did not growl, snap or bite. He displayed no interest in toys and was easy to handle while chewing on the rawhide.Big-Boi rushed in confidently during the dog-dog item, but remained soft in body Food: 3. Dog gulps food, begins to eat faster and with bigger bites, body stiff. He does not lift head when hand is applied to cheek. Toy 1: No interest. Rawhide: 1. Dog settles close, keeps a firm grip and is loose and wiggly. He does not place his body between you and the rawhide. Dog-dog: 2. Dog approaches the helper dog, body soft, tail well above spine level, ears forward.
