Big Day Today - On August 30th AMC Theatres completed the S-1 filing as the first step in the IPO process to become a publicly traded company. Today a large group of financial types will be visiting AMC Empire. It was decided in Kansas City that I was the best person to put forward as the representative of AMC to lead this group on a tour of a traditional AMC Movie theatre. I will be making a 45 minute presentation to a large group including the CEO of the company and then they will move on to AMC Menlo Park to experience the Dine-In Theatre concept and the luxury recliner seats. Needless to say it has been a stressful week. Wish me luck!!
