Big Johns 30 Day Challenge for overweight and out of shape Men Folks (females can participate) 1. Do 50 pushups or as many as you can. 2. Do 50 sit ups or a 1 minute plank. 3. Do 30 minutes of cardio.....anything. ...walk, jog, basketball, just MOVE!!!!! 4. No sodas 5. No seconds 6. No sweets 7. Nothing fried. 8. No bread 9. No deserts. 10. No snacks except for fruit. Do this for 30 straight days and you WILL lose weight AND feel completely different this time next month. I guarantee it!!!!
