Big day next Tuesday! I’ll be at the pool from 5, please turn up early to arrange payment and do your warm up – we start the set at 5.30 sharp! Here’s your homework - can you all calculate your stroke rate per minute on the swimsmooth link below (the calculator is about half way down the page) It’ll populate the graph with a line, and if you look down to your 100m time along the bottom of the graph it will tell you if you have a high, normal or low stroke rate. For info I’m bordering on the low side so have a bit to work on myself! There are links on how to tackle the high or low stroke rate you can read before Tuesday, the drill set on the night will give you the time to work on whichever applies to you!
