Big news out of the Supreme Court - "Human Genes Cannot Be Patented." A correct decision by any conventional measure of morality and ethics. Now if they would only extend that to encompass all life forms. From the perspective of logic and the intent of patent law, companies should not be able to patent something that they actually did not create. But a step (finally!) in the right direction. ~Mike
