Bintang Megamall has been constructed for nearly 2 decades. All these years we as vendor, emphasize that the main building and its structure were strong and sound. We paid much attention to the safety of our customers when they visit our complex. However, renovation of the individual lots was done by the tenants themselves. They employed their own renovation contractors to do their renovation. It is inevitable that after all these years, the quality of the ceramic tiles provided by the renovation contractors could have some defects. Some of the tenants had also realized this. They are undergoing repair works pending arrival of their construction materials. We as the vendor of the complex, do apologize for any inconveniences thus caused to our customers.
