Birds I grew up with dozens of canaries and one cat Mistigris. My mom loved birds! Let me tell you about birds although they may look alike, not one of them will be similar in character. When i was in Hollywood for a while i had parakeets one of them named Feather Head. Feather Head was always a little scared, flying off when anybody got too close. One day, he did the opposite. When he saw me he tried to fly off towards me, what is wrong i thought. I opened the cage and he flew jumped on me, grabbing my shirt. Sadly Feather Head was about to pass away. He pinched my shirt hard until finally his wings stopped moving. It moved me deeply that the little thing in the face of death found me as his last comforting friend, a human, when he had another bird in the cage with him. Although very tear some, i feel warmth in my heart that Nikola was not completely alone as well in his last days; how i wish i was there to gently hold his hand. But as Feather Head found peace with me, a human, Nikola found peace with the birds. After all he had had already given us his everything...understand him...
