Bishop James Swanson conducted the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church this weekend in Jackson, Ms. The theme, "The Power of We." The theme taken from Acts 2: 41-47 focused on core values teaching. "The Great Commandment:Love--The Great Commitment:Generosity--The Great Requirement:Justice--The Great Commission:Apprenticeship. It was a dynamic conference for all who call themselves United Methodists!! Bishop Swanson brought down the house with his powerful and moving sermons and teachings!!
